Lambrini Special Edition Packaging

The occasion of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee provided a great opportunity for brands to join the event with the objective of increasing awareness and saliency amongst their audiences. The perfect brand for this in the Accolade Wines portfolio was the newly acquired Lambrini - the drink for everyday celebrations!

Intorducing 'Lamqueeni'!

A fun special edition label was designed, that promised to connect with the brand's broad audience and contribute to the nation's excitement! The tone and imagery were fully celebratory, delivering all-important Britishness and an entertaining twist was applied to 'The Brini' name: 'Lamqueeni' 

The logo was adapted to retain brand recognition and a bespoke crown icon made from the Lambrini 'L', was created for an extra royal flourish. Three versions of the design were produced; gold, silver and a rose gold, to help amplify the appeal, the 'story' and collectability.  





Whilst there was no planned publicity support for the launch, media coverage was unprecedented across press, radio and TV, with many requests for samples to feature!

In fact, this activation provided a perfect springboard to the brand's creative identity refresh that has followed.
